Full Job Description
PrairieStar Health Center, one of the top performing health centers in the nation, seeks to hire a BHC to join our integrated behavioral health team.
PrairieStar provides resources to help providers achieve work/life balance and high-quality care for our patients including an integrated behavioral health model, IT, quality support staff, AI scribe, lab, dental, vision and an integrated EHR.
Choice of four or five-day work week
Duties
- Providing comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of behavioral health clients.
- Providing consultation, brief interventions for psychological/psychiatric problems and disorders, evaluating crisis situations and applying appropriate interventions.
- Developing appropriate treatment goals and discussing progress toward goals with client based on behavioral health concerns, substance use disorders and life events.
- Consulting with our medical team concerning treatment plan and amending plan as directed.
Qualifications
- LSCSW, LCMFT or LCPC
- Must be mission driven – passionate about improving lives through quality care for all.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75K – $95K (Base Salary + Optional Production Bonus)
